Excel File Repair Software |
Is that true that sometimes your
excel worksheets get damaged or corrupted and being helpless you delete those
files? After getting corrupted or damaged, an Excel file shows messages like,
'File Inaccessible' or 'File could not be opened', or 'Incorrect Format' etc.
Reasons Why Excel Files Get
Damaged: You create and maintain Excel worksheets over a long period of time,
and when these files get damaged, there is nothing you can do. There are many
reasons why an .xls file gets crashed, damaged and corrupted-
Power cuts: If you are working
on a PC, and you do not have a power back-up unit (UPS), and the power supply
goes off while you are working on a worksheet; chances are there that your .xls
file may get corrupted or damaged.
Using wrong applications to open
the Excel Sheet: This can also frame your worksheet as corrupted or damaged.
Unexpected Shutdown: Once while
working on a worksheet, because of a system process, your computer got slow and
you used the Task Manager to close the program; doing so may also lead your
files to get corrupted.
But the days are gone when you
had to delete your corrupted files; there are many excel recovery tools that
can retrieve all your lost data. These recovery kits come with detailed user
guides, in which there is used simple understandable language, sometimes in
plural number of languages so that everyone can use it. These software tools
are so powerful that they allow you to recover multiple excel files at one go.
Some recovery utilities enable
you to recover Merged Cells and Comments from a worksheet. There are generally
two modes of data recovery, (i) Quick Recovery and (ii) Advance Recovery. While
recovering or retrieving a file, these applications do not make any changes to
original files, rather an exact file is generated in the process; and you can
save the regenerated file at a location of your choice.
To use these recovery tools you
must have a Windows Operating System installed on your computer. You should
also have at least a RAM of 512MB (for Windows XP) and a RAM of 1GB (for
Windows Vista & newer OS versions), and at least a Processor of 800MHZ on
your system.
There are many companies that
offer these softwares on their websites but it is always advised to you that
you should use the Demo Versions first before making the buy, after assuring
yourself with the quality and performance.
